Origin Enterprises plc is incorporated in Ireland, its main country of operation. The rights of shareholders may be different from the rights of shareholders in a UK incorporated company. All shares in Origin (other than the deferred convertible ordinary shares made available to management under the Orign Long Term Incentive Plan) are in the same class and rank pari passu.
